Iowa Children's Choice Award List
Students in 3-5 grades will have the opportunity to read from this book list and vote for their favorite near the end of the school year. To be eligible to vote, students must have read (or been read to) at least 3 books on the list.
Reading Relays List
Our 5th graders will have the opportunity to compete in Ankeny School's Reading Relays Competition in March. Students interested in participating should begin reading from this book list and be ready to answer questions about each book. There are extra points also given if the students know the book author--so start studying!!
