Welcome! Westwood's Media Center is a wonderful part of our building. Our media center houses 2 full computer labs, in addition to an amazing set of picture books, trade books, nonfiction/reference materials. Students and staff are welcome (and encouraged!) to use its resources at anytime throughout the day. |

Media Center Hours
7:50 am - 3:00 pm
Students are welcome to use the media center before and after school. Each class will also have scheduled times throughout the cycle for checking out books.
Check-Out Policy
Students may checkout books at any time during the school week or during scheduled library classes. Books may be kept for 12 school days. Students are encouraged to renew their library books.
- Kindergarten:1 book
- 1st: 2 books
- 2nd: 2 books
- 3rd: 3 books
- 4th: 4 books
- 5th: 5 books
Overdue reminders are printed once a month. The first reminder is a notice.The second reminder will ask the student to pay for the replacement of the lost book.The third reminder will be the bill and followed up with a phone call home.
